Product Finder
The Product Finder is designed to help shoppers find the right product to suit their needs. Similar to the Engagement Question, the Product Finder is designed as a logic tree that sends shoppers through a click journey until they find the product they need.
You use the Visual Bot Builder to see all the different branches and their endpoints.
Before you begin building, we recommend brainstorming the architecture of the Product Finder first. Lay out all the questions to ask to drill down to 1 to 3 product recommendations. This makes building much easier, and faster and prevents mistakes.
Once you are finished building be sure to add it to your Engagement Question so your shoppers can quickly find the best product for them.
