Where to Find Intelligent Website AI
1. Intelligent Website AI can be found within the Ochatbot settings. If you have not already done so, please create an Ochatbot to enable Intelligent Website AI. Follow these directions to customize Intelligent Website AI. Both Ochatbot and Intelligent Web AI utilize the same AI, so it’s necessary to ensure things such as your Engagement Question and color scheme are set up.
2. Once your Ochatbot is created, you can access the editor by clicking on the name of your Ochatbot in the dashboard.
3. In the editor, head to the Settings tab. Click on Intelligent Website AI on the left side of the screen to open the Intelligent Website AI editor.
