Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base shows you everything your AI knows about your site — every page, product, FAQ, and document it can use to answer customer questions. From here you can browse those entries, test what the AI would retrieve for a given question, and turn individual entries on or off.

Where to find it

  • In the left sidebar, go to AI Brain → Knowledge Base.

Understanding the list

Each row is one page, product, FAQ, or document your AI can use to answer questions. For each entry you’ll see its type, title, URL, the date it was indexed, and an Include in AI answers toggle.

At the top of the page, you’ll see counts for each entry type: Pages, Products, Documents, and FAQs. Click any of these bubbles to display only that type. You can also filter the same way using the Type dropdown above the list.

Use the Search title or URL box to find a specific entry, and the Status dropdown to filter by active or inactive entries.

Turning entries on and off

Use the Include in AI answers toggle on any row to control whether the AI uses that entry.

Turning an entry off removes it from AI answers immediately, and it stays off after future scans — so you don’t have to worry about it being re-added the next time your site is indexed.

Test Search

The Test Search tab lets you see exactly which entries your AI would pull for a customer question. Type a question a customer might ask, then click Search Knowledge. This runs the same search your AI uses, so the results shown are the entries it would read when answering.

Test Search is a great way to check that the right content is available for common questions — and to confirm the effect of turning entries on or off.
