The Product Finder is very similar to the Engagement Question in how it’s built although the purpose is different.
The Product Finder is made, as the name implies, to help shoppers find the right product to fit their needs. The bot asks a series of questions and shoppers choose the option that matches what they are looking for which ultimately leads to recommending a product based on their choices. You use the Visual Bot Builder to see all of the different branches and their endpoints/recommendations.
Before you begin building, we recommend brainstorming the architecture of the Product Finder first. Lay out all of the different questions you need to ask to drill down to 1 to 3 product recommendations. This makes building much easier, faster, and prevents mistakes.
Once you are finished building be sure to add it to your Engagement Question so your shoppers can quickly find the best product for them.
