This section allows you to customize visual elements such as images, videos, and call-to-action buttons that appear inside the AI interface. These are especially useful for promotions, demos, tutorials, or directing users to high-value pages.

1. Add New Image, Video, or Button

Click + Add New Image, Video, or Button to begin.

Enable Toggle: Activate the media element by turning this toggle ON.

2. Required Fields

Name: A reference label for internal use (e.g., “Summer Promo Banner”).
Type: Choose the media type from the dropdown:

• Image
• Video
• Button

3. Upload Image:

This will open the file explorer on your device.

Image Click Destination URL:

This is the URL the image/video/button should link to when clicked.

5. Preview Section

Before saving, you can view a live preview of how your image will appear inside the AI widget.

6. Save or Cancel

Click Save to confirm your new element, or Cancel to discard changes.
