Everything you need to run AI agents at work
From discovery to deployment and beyond. We design, build, and maintain custom AI agents and the secure infrastructure they run on. You stay focused on your business.
What we build for you
Private Data Lake & Infrastructure
The secure foundation everything runs on — yours alone
Foundation
Before any agent can be useful, it needs to understand your business. We design and build a private data lake that connects to your existing systems — CRMs, ERPs, document stores, databases, APIs — and organizes your information in a way that AI can use intelligently.
Your data lake is yours alone. No shared infrastructure, no commingling with other clients’ data. It lives in a private, encrypted environment with access controls your team defines.
What’s included
- Custom data connectors for your existing tools and databases
- Encrypted, private cloud environment (or on-prem if required)
- Role-based access controls and user permission mapping
- Data pipeline design, ETL, and ongoing refresh schedules
- Compliance documentation (SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR as applicable)
- Monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks
Custom AI Agent Design & Build
Core
We don’t hand you a library of pre-built agents and ask you to configure them. We sit down with your team, map your actual processes, and build agents that reflect how your business really works — including edge cases, exceptions, and the nuance that matters to you.
Each agent is scoped, designed, tested, and iterated on with your team’s input. We tune them until they’re useful — not just impressive in a demo.
What’s included
- Process mapping workshops with your subject-matter experts
- Agent architecture design and prompt engineering
- Integration with your private data lake and live data sources
- Testing, iteration, and accuracy benchmarking
- Handoff documentation and usage training for your team
- Multiple agents per engagement (as scoped)
Secure Dashboard & User Interface
Core
Your agents need a home. We build a private, permission-based dashboard that puts the right information in front of the right people — whether that’s a C-suite summary, an ops team feed, or a client-facing view.
The dashboard is not a generic admin panel. It’s designed around your workflows, branded to your standards, and scoped so that each user sees exactly what they need — no more, no less.
What’s included
- Custom UI design and build (web-based, responsive)
- Role-based login and permission management
- Live agent status, activity feeds, and outputs
- Custom reporting views and data visualizations
- SSO / SAML integration with your identity provider
- Audit log and activity history for compliance
- Ochatbot AI
Data Source Integration & Connectors
Add-on
Most businesses run on a patchwork of systems — some modern, some legacy, some both. We build custom connectors to pull data from wherever it lives: cloud platforms, on-prem databases, third-party APIs, document repositories, or proprietary systems.
We’ve connected to ERPs, CRMs, EMRs, ticketing systems, accounting software, logistics platforms, and more. If it has an API or a database, we can likely connect to it.
Common Integrations
- Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics CRM
- SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero
- Epic, Cerner, and healthcare EMR systems
- ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk, ConnectWise
- SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box
- Custom SQL/PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
Managed Agent Operations
Managed
Deploying agents is just the beginning. As your business changes, your data evolves, and AI models improve, your agents need to keep up. Our managed operations service means you have a dedicated team monitoring performance, catching drift, and rolling out improvements.
Think of us as your AI operations team — without the headcount overhead.
What’s included
- Ongoing agent performance monitoring and accuracy tracking
- Monthly tuning and improvement cycles
- New agent development as your needs grow
- Infrastructure updates and security patching
- Dedicated account manager and support SLA
- Quarterly business reviews with usage insights
How We Work
Every company is unique—their strengths, their processes, and their employees. We work closely with you to create AI agents and dashboards that fit your unique needs. Projects are typically broken up into the following phases.
Discovery and Information Architecture
This is the most important phase. It defines your wants and needs as specifications that can be quoted and built. This phase can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a month, depending on the complexity and the number of departments and employees involved. The end result is a document that defines the features, logic, algorithms, and dashboards.
Build
This is when the engineers set up the servers and data lake, connect all third-party data sources, develop the logic and prompts, and build the dashboards. This phase can take one to three months.
Test
Testing begins with a set of static data. Once that passes, the system is set live—or run in parallel—while employees use it and provide feedback. This iterative process fine-tunes the AI. This phase can take one to two weeks.
Launch and Maintenance
Once the AI agent system is launched, we maintain the code and servers. Companies often create new agents or have new ideas they want to add over time.
How much will an AI agent cost?
There are two costs with every project. The Discovery, Build, and Test phases are quoted either as a fixed price or as a range at an hourly rate. Pricing depends on the number of agents and the complexity of each agent and its dashboards. Typical costs range from $1k to $5k per agent.
Once the agents are live, there is a server usage and maintenance cost that varies with usage. For example, some agents run once a month or once a quarter, while others run every day. The other factor is the depth of the task and the different LLMs required, which affects token costs. Typical costs range from $1k to $3k per month.
