Billing is set automatically either monthly or annually. Ometrics accepts all major credit cards.<\/p>\n

Billing Cycle:<\/strong> Your billing cycle occurs every 30 days from the date you started your plan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To access billing, click on the person icon on the left sidebar.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, excluding the Pro plan due to the required minimum term. Simply click the “Upgrade Account” button on the Dashboard to select your new plan. As always, please contact support<\/a> with any specific account questions.<\/p>\n

Under My Account, scroll to the bottom of the Profile tab until you see the “Close Account” section. Note:<\/strong> If you are a Shopify or BigCommerce user, please visit your store admin and remove the Ochatbot app from your store.
