Two options are available depending on your plan:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Automatic (Plus plan only)<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ochatbot uses the related products already configured in your ecommerce platform (for example, BigCommerce or Shopify related products). This is the fastest way to get started if you have already set up related products on the back end.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Manual<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You configure recommendations directly within Ochatbot.
